Create warmth and ambience with Hoop Pine plywood walls & ceilings. We offer a range of options to suit your project.
Premium clear finish - If a clear finish is specified we recommend Austral Premium AC for the most clear and consistent faces. Ask for our interior glueline to achieve a lighter and brighter colour compared to exterior gluelines. Interior products are hot pressed at lower temperatures and shorter periods, thereby maintaining a light, natural appearance. The interior glueline is white in colour, thus eliminating any "bleed through" issues that could otherwise affect appearance. (Read more about Australian Standards for "A" Veneer.)
Natural finish - When a more natural appearance that emphasises the woodgrain is desired, we recommend Austral Natural BB. Austral Natural BB makes a feature of the natural swirls and grain of Hoop Pine - every sheet is unique! (Read more about Australian Standards for "B" Veneer.)
Fire Resistance - Group 1, 2 and 3 options are available. Download the Wall & Ceiling Table 3 BCA (Material Groups Permitted) information sheet. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Whether you decide on clear, natural or fire retardant options, we recommend Austral pre-finishing for the best result (click for more information).
